We can provide website hosting packages for static websites as well as assist in finding the perfect domain name for your website. For the moment, we unfortunately do not host websites / systems that houses data, but we can provide recommendations of vendors that can cater to your needs.
Yes your website will be optimized for mobile users. It will be a fully responsive website to suit any device of any size.
Yes your website will include an SSL certificate generated by let's encrypt, which will be valid for 90 days and automatic renews will start anything up to 30 days before expiry, for as long as you do hosting with us.
For a standard website we usually charge around R7500.00. However, all website costing will be determined and finalised after we meet with you to discuss your requirements.
Our Project Manager(s) will keep in touch with you on a regular basis to update you on the project status. Alternatively, we would be more than happy to invite you to our project collaboration board so that you can see tickets move in realtime!
Our company follows a strict policy when it comes to communication between customers and team members. We implore our customers to keep all communications either via email, online meets or on our project collaboration boards. Our team members will not be reachable on social media.
You will be able to send through a request to our team to update your website. Should you make use of Shopify or Wordpress, our team would be able to draft up documentation on how to navigate and make changes to your system.
Your input is required and an essential part of the design process. Our designer will meet with you to discuss your style preferences. A set of ideas will be presented to you to ascertain what direction you’d like to go in and then a mockup will be designed for you to review and approve.
Our team is available should you need any additional support or maintenance of your website. These support requests can be charged at an ad-hoc basis or if you require more ongoing support we can put you onto a monthly support package.
One of the biggest culprits is communication. If our team requires any information from customers and there's a few days worth of delay receiving feedback, we will not be able to prioritize work on your project and will have to re-prioritize work once we've received all of the information needed.
